CHÂTEAU NENIN

The Nénin vineyard covers 30 hectares in a single block and dominates the south-western slopes of the emblematic Pomerol plateau. The vineyard has existed since well before the French Revolution. Beneath the gravelly, clayey soils and ancient sands enriched by alluvial deposits from the Dordogne, there is a great diversity of soils that blend together in perfect symbiosis with our slopes. Siliceous clay meets quartz, granite, basalt pebbles and iron deposits.
