Fruity and crisp

The nose is open and elegant, revealing notes of candied lemon, chalk and lilac.

The attack is clean and full-bodied, underpinned by an enveloping texture and lovely tension.

On the palate, it displays a lovely character, combining fullness and freshness.

The finish, taut and elegant, lingers with lovely persistence.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Winegrowers from Jurançon (Yuransoû in Old Béarnais), devotees of Gros and Petit Manseng, farmers at heart (many of us make a living from mixed farming), who pool their grapes to create wines that embody the identity of our Pyrenean Piedmont. Jurançon is a marvel… for some, a myth… but always a mystery.
