Fruity and light

An open nose with notes of candied pear, honey, apricot coulis and almond milk, with a hint of elderberry and black pepper.

 

Full, greedy attack, supported by good tension.

 

Character marked by candied white fruit, with medium body.

 

The finish is greedy and fairly rich, with notes of honey and marzipan, well-balanced and pleasantly long-lasting.
