Powerful wine with potential

Deep mahogany green colour.

 

Nose of coffee, hint of oak, well-balanced, frank and well-marked character of cold coffee.

 

Medium body, more alcohol, a little roundness, a little sweetness, finesse, frank and fairly elegant.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Le saviez-vous ?

All Fair products are Made in France as they are distilled in Cognac. For the coffee liqueur, it is 100% Arabica coffee beans from Mexico which have been brewed for 48 hours in Fair Quinoa Organic vodka to create the base of the liqueur.

    Certified as fair trade, the Arabica in FAIR Café liqueur is the result of the work of many small-scale producers from the Huatusco region, organized into a cooperative.

     

    FAIR Café captures all the exceptional aromas of this Arabica.
