Powerful bouquet

Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Frank nose, on fresh almonds, citrus fruits, notes of white peach, opens on brioche aromas. Full-bodied attack, tension and balance. Frank length, nice greedy character, tension. Fine and persistent bubbles.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Domain and appellation

    With an ancestral know-how shared by 12 generations, the Muré family has been able to evolve with the times. Terroir: Situated in Rouffach, the vineyard lies on clay-limestone soil. Viticulture: The average age of the vines used for this Crémant d'Alsace is 20 years. Only completely healthy grapes are used for this sparkling wine. Vinification: Without crushing or destemming, the grapes are entirely pressed and fermented in casks for 12 months on fine lees with stirring of the lees before a second fermentation on slats in the bottle.
