Fruity and crisp
Its pale straw colour with green reflections brings out a nice crisp muscat aroma. In the mouth, it is nervous, typed and frank.

Tradition attributes the introduction of muscatel vineyards in Provence to the "King Rene". However, in reality, this vine was already present in the early seventeenth century.

Located in Forcalquier, in Haute Provence, the Distilleries et Domaines de Provence have developed aperitifs and liqueurs of Provence since 1898. Made exclusively from Muscat of Alexandria, the Bau Frizzant de Muscat is a natural wine, sparkling and light. An alternative to champagne, Bau is a party wine!
- Vinification: The Bau is made with a single fermentation. This is done at controlled temperature (18/20 ° C) in closed tanks for 1 month, then stopped by the cold. Carbon dioxide, naturally produced by fermentation, is retained in the product until bottling.
