MorandThis eau-de-vie from the Williams pear is developed in the distillery Morand Louis & Cie in Martigny, Switzerland.
- Manufacture: An alcoholic fermentation of 10 to 30 days precedes a slow distillation carried out through stills of Holstein copper trays with a rectification column. Only the most aromatic part, the distillation heart, is retained. Finally, Eau-de-vie is kept at a high level for 6 to 8 months.
