Our oenologists' opinion
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Jefferson "s produces its bourbons according to the concept of "Very Small Batch", for an almost artisanal production. Each bottle is numbered and also mentions the batch number.
Domain and appellation
Created in 1997 by Trey Zoeller, Jefferson's distillery differs in the way it designs its bourbons. The Jefferson's is blended in very small quantities, 8 to 12 barrels, for a top-of-the-range quality. This bourbon is made in Kentucky and is 100% natural, no artificial colouring is added. Jefferson's 41.2 is a selection of whiskies from 6 to 10 years old.
The nose is fresh and sweet with velvety notes of peach and vanilla. In the mouth, the beginning is very supple, with a great sweetness revealing notes of berries and lemon. The finish is delicate and warm with a return to woody, vanilla and creamy notes.
