Fruity and well-rounded
Pale mahogany colour with coppery highlights, clear and brilliant.
The nose is open and expressive, revealing aromas of yellow flowers, peppermint, toasted cereal and mocha, with a hint of iodine in the background.
On the palate, the attack is supple and delicious, marked by notes of honey, bitter almond and a hint of milk chocolate.
The finish is round and sweet, with a nice envelope of flavours and a medium persistence of pear syrup and a hint of minerality.
A wine that is easy to drink, round and generous, well constructed, even if it lacks the finesse to achieve a more noble profile.
