Well-rounded

Bronze colour with a copper sheen, clear and brilliant; open nose, on alcohol, then notes of oranges, vanilla, chilli and toast; round attack, on sweetness, we find the notes of the nose (orange, chilli, vanilla), middle on alcohol, not melted enough; spicy finish, on alcohol, character on notes of candied mango and white sultanas.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

The VSOP. It is the balance of aromas of cooked fruits, sometimes candied, and woody notes. Spicy in the mouth. The light structure brought by the wood is melted. This rum is already characterised by a good length.

    Produced in strict accordance with traditional methods, V.S O. P (Very Special Old Pale) is a harmonious blend of agricultural rums aged for a minimum of 4 years in small oak barrels containing bourbon, with a capacity of 180 litres.
