Rémy Martin
Founded in 1724 by Rémy Martin, a winegrower in the Cognac region, Rémy Martin, which has since been acquired by the Rémy Cointreau group, has been driven by the same ambition ever since: to capture the Heart of Cognac. To produce top-of-the-range cognacs, it selects grapes from the two best crus of the region, Grande and Petite Champagne. Created in 1997, this cognac pays tribute to an important stage in the history of the house. In 1738, King Louis XV, impressed by the quality of Rémy Martin's cognacs, granted exclusive permission to plant new vines through a royal agreement.
