Fruity and crisp

The nose opens with aromas of white fruit, with a touch of vanilla and a hint of brioche.

 

The attack reveals a fine, creamy bubble, offering tension and finesse.

 

The character is nutty, with hints of fig.

 

The finish is delicious, with hints of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts, good balance, body and a slight full-bodied intensity.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

    This specially selected cuvée is crafted from a blend of the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.

     

    • Terroir: The Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs provide a unique landscape setting ideal for producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

     

    • Viticulture: Several grand crus are selected for this Champagne.

     

    • Vinification: Produced using the Méthode Champenoise.
