Features

With the decision of the 25 May 1728, King Louis XV marked the wine history of France by offering the Champagne region a champagne Birth Certificate. He allowed only the wines of this region to being marketed and transported in bottles. Secondary fermentation could finally take place in bottles: champagne was born.

Domain and appellation

    Situated in Epernay, the Maison de Venoge was founded in 1837 by Henri-Marc de Venoge. The Cuvée Louis XV is the prestige cuvée of the Maison de Venoge and is produced only in very great years.

     

    • Vinification: This champagne has aged 10 years in the cellar in order to highlight its exceptional qualities and the skills of the cellar master.
