Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
With its lively, pure and shiny yello colour, this "white of white" champagne offers you a mineral nose of subtle cirtus with a hint of acacia and slightly iodized notes. In the mouth, it presents a nice vitality.
Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

- Vinification: Like the House Lanson, champagne of Besserat House Bellefon does not undergo malolactic fermentation. In addition, the use of short-run liquor dose allows the creation of bubbles 30% thinner and creamier side. Finally, bottled, the wine will rest slowly over fine lees for 3 years, thus making a more pronounced maturity.
