Our oenologists' opinion
Golden lemon yellow colour, frank nose of yellow fruits, brioche bread, notes of gingerbread, hints of dried fruits, good balance, full-bodied, vinous, nice character with toasted, toasted, yellow fruits, notes of garrigue spices, vanilla wood, good straightforward length, quite dry.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Founded in 1981, the Bruno Paillard maison established itself internationally with 75% of its sales dedicated to the export. The domain also stands out through sustainable viticulture practices that aims at preserving the Champagne’s terroir.
- Terroir: The vineyards lay on a typical Champagne chalk soil. Sustainable practices allow the vines to go deep down the soil and ensure their perennity.
- Viticulture: Grapes are for some sourced out from local winegrowers and for others stemming directly from the Paillard’s vineyards.
