Domain and appellation
Founded in 1976 by Paul-François Vranken, the Vranken-Pommery Monopole group manages diferent brands such as Demoiselle, Vranken, Pommery, Heidsieck & Co and Charles Lafitte.
- Terroir: The Vranken-Pommery Monopole group owns, in Champagne, 250 hectares of vines, planted in villages classified as Grands Cru, based on calcareous soils.
- Viticulture: The field practices viticulture. The harvest is manual to select the best bunches and keep them intact.
- Vinification: This Cuvée is a resulting from a predominantly Chardonnay blend to which the Pinot Noir de Bouzy is delicately married. Aging in cellar for more than 3 years.
