Domain and appellation

    Emilien Boutillat (Cellar Master Piper-Heidsieck) and the Nicolas experts combined their expertise to craft this tailor-made dosed champagne.

     

    They tasted the wines that make up the different dosage liqueurs and carried out multiple trials, varying both the wines and the amount of sugar in the liqueur.

     


    The dosage, a crucial step that enhances the wine blend, resembles the final touch of spice a chef adds to perfect a dish.

     

    The result is Essentiel By Nicolas, crafted with four hands, where the balance & dosage define the personality of this wine.
