Fruity and crisp
Deep coral colour with carmine reflections, limpid and brilliant, numerous, fine and persistent bubbles. Open nose with notes of redcurrant, mineral, hints of citrus fruit. Tart attack, with fine and creamy bubbles, good balance, vinous, character on red fruits and spices, full-bodied. Sapid finish, mineral hints, rather powerful.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Cuvée Rosé was born in 1968 from the audacity and unique know-how of the House of Laurent-Perrier. With the quest for perfection at every stage of the winemaking process, Cuvée Rosé is renowned for its consistency and high quality. It is characterised by its aromas of fresh red fruit, great intensity and freshness. An elegant colour that naturally evolves from a pretty raspberry tint to salmon shades. A frank nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A frank and tart attack for this supple and round wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red fruit. Its aromatic richness enables it to accompany marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic cuisine, Parma ham and desserts. The most daring will marry it with Asian or Indian cuisine.
