Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
Its beautiful coppery pink color gives an intense and complex nose on mineral and fruity notes (strawberry, raspberry). In the mouth, this champagne presents a lot of freshness and a nice balance around the red fruits.
Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
The rosé champagnes can be developed by bleeding but also with an assembly of red and white wines. The Champenoise appellation is the only one with the right to use this process by assembling.

Henriot
For more than two centuries, Maison Henriot has belonged to the highly prized club of family and independent Champagne houses. The unique expression of Chardonnay is the keystone of the precise, complex, virtuoso and luminous style. The House's blends are also distinguished by the unprecedented proportion of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus that appears in each cuvée and offers wines of exceptional aromatic breadth, freshness and aging capacity.
Terroir: The singularity of the House's style is based on the requirement to retain only the best.
Viticulture: Champagne Henriot relies, in addition to its own hectares of vineyard, on a community of 80 winegrowers who share its passion for the land and its high standards.
Vinification: 35% of reserve wines go into the composition of this cuvée which ages 3 years in the cellars of the House.
