Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Yellow colour with golden hues. Persistent and regular bubbles. Bouquet of white chocolate, dried fruit, candied fruit, fresh hint of kernels, slightly smoky, toasted notes. Beautiful balance on a full-bodied wine, quite robust and powerful, straightforward. Character with a hint of morello cherries, dried fruit, toasted notes, freshness. Bubbles present which will melt. Promising length.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

ROEDERER
Born in 1776, and still family-owned, the Louis Roederer Champagne House works to produce the finest Champagne wines, crafted in an absolute quest for excellence. This vintage cuvée, made only in the best years, aims to capture the highest expression of Pinot Noir from our "La Montagne" vineyard, concentrated around the first vines purchased by the House. It is thus the witness of an exceptional vintage, the photograph of a terroir that has passed the test of a slow maturation that stretches over the years.
