Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is clean and floral, characterised by aromas of white-fleshed fruit, almond and pear, complemented by a delicate mineral note.

 

The attack is supple, characterised by lovely roundness and harmonious balance.

 

The fine, persistent bubbles accompany a clean, indulgent finish, with a distinct and characterful profile.

 

The finish is good, prolonged by a lovely salty note that brings freshness and elegance.
