Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
A pale straw colour with golden highlights, clear and bright, enlivened by fine, persistent bubbles forming a pretty string.
The nose is open and frank, seductive with its freshness and distinctive character, with notes of white fruits such as pear and peach, enhanced by a hint of hawthorn.
The attack reveals fine, lively bubbles, supported by beautiful tension and delicate minerality.
The palate is medium-bodied, balanced and refreshing.
The finish is supple and thirst-quenching, expressing notes of white flowers and pear in syrup, with medium persistence and a touch of sapidity.
A good dosage, which harmoniously highlights the freshness of the whole.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
