Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

Champagnes are classified under three different categories, the crus, grands crus and premiers crus. Among 320 crus, 17 are rated as grands crus and 44 as premiers crus.

Domain and appellation

  • Nicolas Feuillatte

Terroir Premier Cru is an assembly of the most complete terroirs currently on the market. Representative of its territorial area, the assembly is made up of equal parts of three grape varieties giving this authentic Champagne a balance and a suprising potential for any of the wines that compose it, including the Premiers Crus de Rilly-la-Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses, Jouy-les-Reims, Sermiers, Champillon, Cuis, Cumières, Hautvillers... Terroir Premier Cry presents a very shiny clear golden colour. Its mineral and nervous character reflects its origin. Sweet notes of acacia honey, pepper, white fruit and fresh citrus, then leaves greedy aromas. Terroir Premier Cry to be enjoyed as an aperitif and throughout a meal.
