Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with bright green reflections, a nose that opens up with aromas of citrus fruit, lemon peel, notes of white flowers, good balance on a medium body, frank, with finesse, good length with acidulous and sapid notes. Nice wine for the current warm vintages.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation

    Planted on several parcels, the vines are present on three major Sancerrois terroirs: Côtes de l'Epée, Grand Champs, Chasseignes. The estate has started its organic conversion and was fully certified organic in 2016. The steeply sloping vines are grassed in the rows and worked with controlled natural grassing. The harvest is entirely done by hand for a better sorting and a greater respect of the grapes and once arrived at the winery, is sorted manually, destemmed and transported on belts to avoid any crushing. The vinification is done with indigenous yeasts before maturing on the lees for a minimum of 8 months in concrete tanks. The blending is then done. No inputs are added during the vinification.
