Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is open and elegant, revealing notes of white peach, spices, white pepper and lilac.
The attack is clean and rich, characterised by aromas of exotic fruits.
On the palate, it offers a lovely structure, an enveloping texture and a pleasant tension, whilst retaining finesse and balance.
The finish, clean and full-bodied, lingers with lovely persistence, ending on a delicate mineral note.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ
Founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné is now owned by the Frey family, Champagne winegrowers and owners of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux.
This estate is situated on the finest plots within the northern Côtes-du-Rhône appellations: Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph and Condrieu.
Benefiting from the genuine expertise of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné in selection, blending and ageing, this cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection process carried out between the foothills of the Alps and the Cévennes and the Mediterranean coast.
