Features

Located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this beautiful 60-year-old one-hectare family plot is maintained and vinified by Hubert, David Moret's son.
Under the guidance of his father, who accompanies him, this is a Syrah with beautiful structure, offering a touch of freshness and marked by slightly peppery notes.
This beautiful wine is aged for 16 months in demi-muids.
The wine is neither filtered nor fined, and remains in bulk for 5 months before bottling. -
