Features

Domain and appellation

Located on the hill of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, the Cave de Saumur now operates under the identity of its two founders, Robert and Marcel.

This forward-thinking cooperative winery is one of the few in France that requires 100% of its winegrowers to adhere to environmentally friendly viticultural practices through a shared charter.
