Fruity and crisp

The nose is open and elegant, with notes of white flowers, pomelo and white fruit, with a hint of elderberry.

Supple, greedy attack, with notes of wisteria, elderberry and preserved lemon, and a hint of iodine.

The finish is tangy, crisp, saline, fine and pleasantly lingering.

This Pouilly-Fumé, at perfect maturity, is aged for one year in three to five-year-old barrels. It combines both the intense fruit expressions and the roundness and spiciness of the barrel. A wine of exceptional balance, elegant and powerful.
