Fruity and well-rounded

Light yellow colour with white gold highlights. Nose of reduction. Opens with notes of pomelo and white flowers. Supple attack with tension and freshness. Aromas of white peach, balance. Frank and typical character, body, roundness. Mineral finish.

Features

    The vineyard is located on the edge of the Thau Lagoon, between the garrigue and the sea. The Mediterranean climate limits the daily temperature differences. The sea breeze limits the rise in temperature during the day, and the mass of water in the pond provides a thermal buffer that slows the fall in temperature at night.
