Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is clean and crisp, characterised by notes of citrus, white flowers and red berries.

The attack is supple, with pronounced citrus and white flower notes, underpinned by a delicate texture and lovely structure.

The finish is quite long-lasting, dominated by pomelo, with a slight savoury bitterness that adds freshness and depth.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Domain and appellation

For the 2026 season, Italian artist Lucia Vinti brings her creative vision to Minuty M Rosé.

To fully capture the essence of her work, Minuty has enlisted the services of French photographer Lisa Raio.
