Powerful bouquet

The woody nose is marked by fresh spices, curry, peppermint and a hint of volatility, suggesting a slight evolution in bottle.

 

The supple, full and enveloping attack reveals a character that is a perfect extension of the nose, with a fine presence on the palate.

 

The supple, warm and persistent finish gives way to notes of roasting and toast, offering a fine continuity to this wine.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

    For this new chapter, Maison Castel ventured onto the steep lands of the Collioure appellation.

     

    This region is distinguished by its extraordinary location on a balcony of brown schists from the primary era, overlooking the Mediterranean.

     

    In this cuvée, we find the core pillars of the DNA of our limited editions: balance, precision, freshness, elegance... Pillars that, for us, embody the essence of great terroirs and great wines.
