Fruity and crisp

The nose is straightforward, with aromas of fresh black fruit, spices and herbs, followed by notes of fresh blackcurrant.

The attack is supple, with good balance and medium body, followed by a long, full-bodied finish, providing good tension.

The finish is medium-bodied, but clean and racy, leaving an impression of finesse.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Harvesting: By hand, with rigorous sorting in the vineyard and cellar.

Vinification: 50% whole bunches, 10-day maceration, some pumping over, indigenous yeasts.

Ageing: 6 to 8 months in concrete vats
