Fruity and crisp
A very pale salmon colour with a rose gold sheen. The 1st nose is reduced to open up, followed by notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry, nutmeg and lilac. Full, pearly attack, with tension, finesse and good balance. The finish is fleshy and crisp, with lingering citrus fruit and a hint of oyster shell.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

MIRAVAL
Miraval is an authentic wine house, produced by the Perrin family, experts in wine-making, in the heart of Provence, where the beauty of nature reigns. The soils are clay-limestone, partly terraced, with an average altitude of 350 metres. The cool climate for the region and the wide variations in temperature between day and night mean that the wines are perfectly balanced.
