The nose is clean, open and distinctive, revealing aromas of citrus, pomelo, fresh pineapple and boxwood, forming a fresh and indulgent whole.

 

The attack is lively, characterised by lovely tension, a pleasant freshness and harmonious balance.

 

On the palate, it displays an expressive character with notes of citrus, white peach and a subtle minerality.

 

The finish is fresh, savoury and thirst-quenching, lingering on notes of white fruit syrup and lemon, with lovely length.
