Fruity and crisp

The nose is straightforward, dominated by aromas of blackcurrant and fresh pepper, gradually opening up to red berries and a subtle hint of spice.

Supple attack, marked by roundness and good balance.

Clean, slightly nervous finish, revealing a typical character.

Features

Excellent vin qui a accompagné une bonne raclette en famille. Il fait ressortir les saveurs des fromages ainsi que de la charcuterie. Très agréable en bouche et vraiment délicieux dans un contexte de raclette !
