The Cuvée Hautes-Côtes de Beaune La Lave Blanc is crafted primarily from Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards located in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.
This distinctive terroir, characterised by its limestone soils and optimal exposure, gives the wine a distinct minerality and remarkable freshness.
Meticulously vinified to preserve the grape’s natural aromas, the wine is also subtly aged in oak barrels to enhance its aromatic complexity without overpowering its fruit notes.
