Fruity and crisp

Deep yellow colour with bright yellow highlights. Open nose with notes of candied pomelo, peppermint and lime, and a hint of minerality. The attack is perlante, frank and fresh, with citrus fruits and a hint of white flowers. Well-balanced, sapid finish, with the freshness of citrus fruits and sea spray.
