Powerful bouquet

Pale straw yellow with golden highlights. The nose is fairly open, with notes of vanilla wood, grilled peanuts and white truffles, and a hint of sawdust. Supple, fairly full-bodied attack, with hints of vanilla and a clean mid-palate. The finish is mineral, straightforward and fairly full-bodied, with a hint of milk chocolate and salt.
