Well-rounded
The nose is open and expressive, revealing delicate floral notes, followed by aromas of roasted cherry and plum.
The attack is clean and rich, characterised by notes of strawberry tart and a hint of bay leaf.
On the palate, it offers a lovely, enveloping texture, accompanied by a slight sweetness and hints of strawberry jam.
The finish, clean and lingering, elegantly draws out on spicy notes.
