Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
The acidic nose opens with lovely notes of lime, citron and redcurrant, enhanced by a hint of pink grapefruit, for a lively, vibrant expression.
The pearly attack gives an immediate sensation of freshness, followed by tension and a lovely liveliness.
The wine develops a lovely citrus character, with good balance and a full, frank, thirst-quenching palate.
The crisp, sapid finish, marked by citrus fruit and small pink berries, is long-lasting, fresh and delicious.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

DOMAINE DE LA FERME BLANCHE
Three centuries of history for this estate, which since 1714 has remained the heritage of the same family, now led by François Paret, his daughter Jérômine, and oenologist Philippe Garnier.
Terroir
The estate covers 30 hectares of hillsides overlooking the sea, facing the Bay of Cassis, on clay-limestone soils, sometimes very calcareous.
The Mediterranean climate here provides particularly mild temperatures year-round, little rainfall, but sea mists that maintain ideal humidity for the vineyards.Viticulture
Long committed to environmental respect, the estate has formalised its practices through organic certification.
Vinification
Harvesting is done manually in small crates, with careful sorting.
All these upstream attentions have been combined with a renovation of the cellars and the vinification facilities, featuring precise temperature control. -
