Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

CHÂTEAU BEL-AIR
Located at the heart of the Lussac Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Bel-Air stands proudly over its single-block vineyard.
Terroir: This 21-hectare estate rests on a clay plateau with gravelly soils and a subsoil rich in iron and clay, giving the wines their structure and depth.
Viticulture: The vines, averaging 35 years of age, are planted with 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest takes place at optimal ripeness, ensuring balance and aromatic precision.
Vinification: A long maceration period in temperature-controlled vats is followed by a traditional ageing in oak barrels.
The wines are bottled around 18 months after harvest, expressing the elegance and authenticity of the Lussac terroir. -
