Situated between the Pays Nantais and Anjou wine-growing regions, the Les Vignerons de la Noëlle cooperative is made up of 90 wine-growers spread over more than 730 hectares. It produces a majority of AOC wines. Terroir: The grapes harvested for this Coteaux du Layon come from the vineyards of Nantes, with a predominance of grapes from the western Atlantic. Viticulture: Belonging to the Terrena group, all the cooperative's winegrowers are committed to sustainable viticultural practices with the implementation of integrated agriculture. The grapes are harvested in successive stages, so that only the ripest bunches are picked. Vinification: Vinified at a low temperature (12° to 14°), these wines ferment slowly to preserve and bring out all the aromas of the fruit.
