Fruity and crisp

The nose opens with freshness, lively citrus notes, lemon zest and a delicate floral touch of hawthorn.

 

The attack is tangy, lively and aromatic, with beautiful tension, finesse and volume on the palate.


The wine then reveals a crisp character, dominated by fresh exotic fruits and a delicious hint of pear in syrup.

 

The salty and savoury finish makes it very drinkable, with medium length, freshness and balance.

Features

    Cuvée Le Marchais is grown on clay and siliceous soils, giving rise to a complex wine with a distinct mineral character.


    Fermented 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in oak barrels, it strikes the perfect balance between freshness and structure.
