Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
Open nose, marked by smoky woody notes, roasting, and animal nuances of burnt horn, enhanced by a hint of blueberry syrup.
Supple on the palate, revealing a balanced, fleshy, perfectly straightforward body with a lovely character.
The ripe, silky tannins add a fine envelope and finesse.
Clean finish, elegantly marked by notes of cocoa.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

CHÂTEAU TOUR DES TERMES
The Château TOUR DES TERMES takes its name from an ancient tower built on a plot called "les Termes".
The tower’s origins date back to the Gallo-Roman era, evidenced by the discovery of boat mooring remnants nearby.
These findings support the hypothesis that this location once housed an ancient lighthouse, marking the entrance to a harbour outpost of the Gallo-Roman town of Brion, a few kilometres away.
The name "des Termes" is thought to mean "the end of the lands", a site rich in history and intrigue.
