    The teams at Château La Conseillante run the vineyard using sustainable agriculture. Here, the aim is to produce the best grapes, not quantity. The property has 22 (magnificent) small concrete vats which allow for a tailor-made vinification of the micro-parcels of the property. The harvest is done by hand in small crates. The grapes are sorted mechanically and also by hand. The wines of Château La Conseillante are aged in French oak barrels with 50 to 80% new barrels for 18 months.
