Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is frank and open, revealing a delicious palette combining white fruit syrup, exotic fruits, lychee, honey and beeswax, with an airy and inviting sweetness.

 

The palate opens with a supple attack, carried by beautiful balance and great finesse.

 

The texture is full-bodied and powerful, marked by notes of sweet spices and a hint of white pepper, which add depth.

 

The finish, both supple and savoury, prolongs the experience with a pleasant sensation on the palate, between richness and freshness.

Features

    Jean Panis made his first vintage in 1996. From that moment on, he put his stamp on the wine, paying particular attention to its fruitiness. That same year, he met Caroline, who became fully involved in the venture. In 2003, she gave him a beautiful heiress: Camille.

     

    Jean Panis is a man of imposing presence, with a slim build, an oval face and hair slicked back. His observant eyes, wiry eyebrows and smiling mouth invite conversation. His dynamism radiates, his stride is sure-footed, and his precise gestures convey total commitment.

     

    A creator at heart, a true artist, he explodes with conviction and stands out as a man of passion.

    Everything seems written in stone: Jean Panis runs his vineyard with a master's hand, combining precision, passion and intuition.
