Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and light

Very pale yellow colour with pale green highlights. Open, vegetal nose, with aromatic herbs, lime, gentian and oyster shell notes. Supple attack, with white flower syrup, pine needle and lime. The finish is greedy, with white flower syrup, white pepper and a hint of gentian. Good tension, medium persistence on minerality.
