Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is clean and floral, with notes of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit, then subtly opens up with a hint of fresh almond.
On the palate, the attack is supple, carried by a beautiful balance and a clean freshness.
The character is discreet but distinctive, with a hint of fresh walnut on the finish, bringing a beautiful uniqueness.
The finish is lively and refreshing, with a lightness of touch.

Features

FRUITIÈRE DE PUPILLIN
On 13 February 1909, the statutes of the wine cooperative were officially adopted, bringing together 33 members cultivating 23 hectares of vines.
At the time, half the production consisted of so-called “ordinary” wines made from direct-producing grape varieties, while the rest came from traditional Jura grapes such as Ploussard, Naturé, and Melon.
Today, the cooperative includes 30 winegrowers working 55 hectares of vineyard. The average annual production is around 3,000 hectolitres, distributed as follows:

45 % en AOC Arbois-Pupillin ; 20 % en AOC Arbois ; 15 % en AOC Côtes du Jura; 16 % en Crémant du Jura ; 4 % en Macvin du Jura
Since 2016, the winery has been committed to a rigorous environmental approach, certified Terra Vitis, reflecting a deep respect for the land, the vines and the people who cultivate them.
