The attack is supple and balanced, marked by freshness and a fine structure, with notes of undergrowth and fresh mushrooms.

The finish is tangy and persistent, lingering on ripe tannins and hints of herbs and green pepper.

Caractéristiques

Terroir: The vineyards lie on clay-limestone and sandy-gravelly soils, covering 320 hectares under the Bourgueil appellation and 20 hectares under Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil.
Viticulture: A system of sustainable viticulture is favoured to preserve the vines.
Each grower is audited three times a year by the vine technician and the oenologist.
A differentiated payment system encourages winegrowers to care for their vineyards, and the harvests are conducted parcel by parcel.Vinification: The wines are vinified according to their origin in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, propeller tanks, temperature-controlled concrete vats, and Ganimede tanks, ensuring precise control of the fermentation process.
