Fruity and well-rounded

Light lemon yellow colour, brilliant. Open nose with citrus zest, orange blossom notes, hints of grey pepper, fresh hazelnuts and vanilla. Good balance, frank, full-bodied, with a little finesse. Well-signed character of vanilla, gingerbread, fresh minty notes, citrus peel notes. Clean finish.

This young appellation, created by decree on 24 November 2011, covers the territory of Greater Burgundy, from Chablis in Burgundy to Beaujolais. It is made from the grape varieties that make up Grande Bourgogne (Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté). VINIFICATION & AGEING The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity; classic vinification and ageing on fine lees for 6 to 8 months.
